吖啶橙催化光度法测定痕量碘及其机理研究

摘要 目的:建立催化动力学光度法测定痕量I-的新方法.方法:在 0.10 mol/dm3 的柠檬酸介质中,痕量I-催化碘酸钾氧化吖啶橙褪色和生色,并初步探讨了反应机理.结果:I-浓度在 0~1.10 μg/25 cm3 范围内与吸光度差呈线性关系,检出限 0.10 ng/cm3, RSD 1.20%~3.80%,回收率 98.10%~101.60%.结论:该方法用于环境样品中I-的测定,多数常见离子无干扰,结果满意可靠. Objective:To establish a new method for detecting trace iodine with catalyzing dynamics photometry. Methods:The method was based on the coloration and discoloration reaction between KIO3 and acridine orange with trace Iˉ catalyzed in 0. 10 mol/dm^3 citric acid medium. The reaction mechanism was discussed primarily. Results: A linear relationship holded between ΔA and the range of concentrations of Iˉ between 0 - 1.10 μg/25 cm^3. The detection limit was 0. 10 ng/cm^3, RSD ranged from 1.20% to 3. 80%, the rate of recovery was between 98. 10% - 101.60%. Conclusion:The proposed method has been applied to the detection of Iˉ in environmental samples with satisfactory and credible results,without the disturbance of the familiar ion.
