冷钢社区育龄妇女衣原体与支原体感染现状及分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨冷钢社区育龄妇女衣原体、支原体的感染率及防治措施。方法2009年3-6月对冷水江社区育龄妇女进行问卷调查、体格检查及实验室检查,了解她们衣原体、支原体感染状况及诊疗情况。结果1038人中感染衣原体及支原体共157人,检出率为15.1%。感染率的高低与年龄、受教育程度、性伴侣人数及经济状况相关。而44例(28.0%)感染者未进行任何治疗。且63例(40.0%)治疗后复发。结论加强对广大育龄妇女尤其是青少年性传播疾病的教育;规范诊断和治疗标准能减少衣原体、支原体感染的机会。 Objective To investigate the Chlamydia trachomatis(CT) and mycoplasma infection status of reproductive women in lengang community and explore the the prevention and treatment measures. Methods The CT and mycoplasma infection status of the reproductive women in the Lenggang community and their diagnosis and treatment were investigated with questionnaire survey, physical examination and laboratory examination. Results 157 cases in 1 038 women were infected with CT or mycoplasma, and the inflection rate of the two diseases was 15.1%. The rate Was related with patient's age, education degree, the amount of sexual company and economy income condition. 44 cases(28.0% ) had never received any treatments. 63 cases(40.0% ) were relapsed after treated. Conclusion To strength the health educations on sexually transmitted diseases in reproductive women,especially teenagers and standardize the diagnosis and treatment standards can reduce the infection rate of CT and mycoplasma.
