摘要
利用Fluent软件对离心式杂质泵内部流场进行数值计算,将其内部流动可视化,分别计算了不同颗粒直径和泵进口固相浓度多个工况下泵内的两相流流场,得到了叶轮和蜗壳内的固相浓度分布。分析了不同进口固相浓度以及不同颗粒直径条件下,颗粒在叶轮和蜗壳内的分布规律。
The flow field in the centrifuge slurry pump is simulated by using Fluent. The solid-liquid two-phase flow inner pump on the condition of different initial concentration and different diameters in the pump are simulated. The concentration distribution of the particles information in the impeller and vo- lute are discovered. The general rule of the distribution of particles in the impeller and volute is analyzed, Based on the calculated results under different operating conditions.
