摘要
渣浆泵是固液混合物管道输送的“心脏”。目前相当数量的渣浆泵运行效率低,使用寿命短。研究泵的两相流设计技术是提高渣浆泵性能的根本途径。本文提出离心式渣浆泵的固液速度比设计理论和设计原理,包括速度比方程、流动分析、两相流泵基本方程式、设计计算式和颗粒运动轨迹计算等,并举例说明用此理论设计的新一代渣浆泵——X型固液离心泵的高效耐磨性和使用效果。
Slurry pump is the 'heart' of transportation pipeline of solid liquid mixtures. Both operation efficiency and service life are two major performances target. Applying two phase flow theory to the design of slurry pump is a key method for improving the machine. This paper advances a new design theory and principle-two phase flow velocity ratio theory, which includes velocity ratio equation, two phase flow analysis, fundamental equation, design formula, and calculation of solid particle motion. Operation examples in industries show that the x type solid liquid pump, newly developed for slurry transportation, possesses the quality of high efficiency and long service life in pumping solid liquid mixtures.
