摘要
资金链是保证企业维持良性运转的根本,如何确保企业资金链的良性循环,是企业需要积极探讨的。金融危机下中小企业资金链更加趋紧。对中小企业资金链的构成及其断裂的主要原因进行分析,并针对以上的原因提出相应的措施。
Funding chain is fundamental to ensure enterprises maintaining healthy functioning. Enterprises need to probe positively into how to ensure good circulation of their funding chain. At the background of financial crisis, Funding chain for small- and medium-sized enterprises （SMEs） tend to become tighter. This article analyzed the composition of funding chain for SMEs and the main reason for the capital fracture. Also, the article proposed corresponding measures for the above reasons.
