摘要
中小企业对我国经济有着不可替代的重要作用,然而激烈竞争导致我国中小企业破产率相当高,如果中小企业建立和管理好营销渠道工作,就能很好地提高企业竞争力。文章讨论了中小企业在渠道的建立、中间商的激励、中间商的评估、渠道系统改进及冲突管理方面应注意的一些问题。
Small and medium-sized enterprises have the vital role to our country economy which cannot be substituted. However, in our country the steep competition causes the bankruptcy rate of small-mid size enterprise to be quite high. If it establishes and manages the marketing channel work well, small and medium-sized enterprise can enhance the enterprise's competitiveness. This paper discusses some questions of small and medium-sized enterprises which should pay attention to in the channel establishment, stimulating of the merchants, appraisal of the merchants, the channel system improvement and the conflict management.
