摘要
目的探讨针刺联合疏肝行气为主的中药治疗缺血性视神经病变的临床效果。方法选择2007年8月—2009年4月广东省中医院眼科门诊符合纳入标准的缺血性视神经病变患者80例(120眼),随机分为两组,观察组40例(60眼)以针刺联合疏肝行气为主的中药汤剂口服,汤药l剂/d,针刺1次/3 d,15 d为1个疗程,共2个疗程。对照组40例(60眼)采用复方樟柳碱注射液患侧颞浅动脉旁皮下注射,2 ml/次,1次/d,15 d为1个疗程,共2个疗程;观察两组治疗前后视力、视野的改变,评价临床疗效。结果观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后视力及视野缺损比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合疏肝行气为主的中药治疗缺血性视神经病变能有效改善患者的视力、视野,具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture therapy combined with traditional Chinese medication of soothing the liver promote qi flow in treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy.Methods Totally 80 patients（120 eyes） with ischemic optic neuropathy,who visited phthalmological Department of TCM Hospital of Guangdong Province from August 2007 to April 2009,and were consistent with the inclusive criteria,were allocated randomly into trial group and control group.The patient in the trial group（n=40,60 eyes） were given acupuncture therapy,once three days,plus oral herbal decoction with the function of smoothing the liver to promote qi flow,one dosage a day.The patients in the control group（n=40,60eyes） were,subcutaneously at the site lateral to the superficial temporal artery of affected eye,given anisodine injection,2 ml once a day.Totally two courses of treatment,15 days in one,were conducted for all the patients.The changes of vision,and visual field were observed to evaluate the clinical effects.Results The effects were better in the trial group than in control group（P〈0.05）,and the differences in the improvement of vision and visual field were significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The acupuncture combined with soothing the liver to promote qi flow therapy can effectively improve the vision and visual field,having a good clinical effect for patients with ischemic optic neuropathy.
