摘要
目的探讨以动眼神经麻痹为首发症状的老年糖尿病的发病机理及延误诊治的原因。方法对26例以动眼神经麻痹为首发症状的老年糖尿病患者的临床特点进行分析。结果常因忽略血糖检查而延误诊治;代谢异常和非特异性炎症反应是糖尿病合并动眼神经麻痹的主要发病机理,血管损害起着重要作用。结论动眼神经麻痹患者应及时检查空腹血糖可避免漏诊、误诊而延误治疗。
Aim Explore the diabetic pathogenesis and the cause of dallying over diagnosis. Methods For 26 cases that the first symptom is oculomotor paralyses, analyze the diabetic clinical characteristic. Results Metabolic disorder and nonspecific inflammation are the main diabetic pathogenesis, vascular lesion is important factor. Conclusion The patients with oculomotor paralyses should be checked up fasting blood-glucose in order not to be missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis and dallied over diagnosis.
