旱稗提取物对水稻生长的影响及模型建立 被引量:4

EFFECTS OF ECHINOCHLOSA HISPIDULA EXTRACTS ON RICE GROWTH AND THE RELEVANT MODELING

摘要 通过生物测定的方法研究了旱稗水提物和醇提物对水稻种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,并探讨了提取物溶液浓度对水稻生长相关指标的回归模型。结果表明,1000—4000μg/mL醇提物溶液对水稻幼苗根长产生显著抑制作用,2000—4000μg/mL水提物溶液对水稻幼苗根长和单株鲜重产生显著抑制作用。只有在4000μg/mL时,醇提物和水提物溶液对水稻种子萌发,醇提物溶液对水稻幼苗单株鲜重才产生显著抑制作用。指数函数拟合水稻幼苗单株鲜重与旱稗醇提物浓度(y=114.2e-0.04x,P〈0.001)的关系较好,而拟合水稻幼苗的根长和苗高与旱稗提取物浓度的关系均以二次曲线函数拟合效果为佳。 By measuring the seed germination rate, the seedling root length and the height and fresh weight per plant, the effects of aqueous extract and ethanol extract of Echinochlosa hispidula on rice growth were studied. The regression model between the concentrations of extract solutions and the correlated indexes of rice growth was also discussed. The results showed that the extract solutions with different concentrations had different influences on rice growth. 1000 -4000 μg/mL ethanol extracts solutions had significantly inhibitory effects on seedling root length, 2000 - 4000 μg/mL aqueous extract solution had significant effects on root length and fresh weight per plant. Only 4000 μg/mL aqueous extracts solutions and ethanol extracts solutions had significant inhibitory effect on seed germination rates, 4000μg/mL ethanol extracts solutions significantly inhibited the seedling fresh weight per plant. The exponential regression model was relatively better for fitting the relationship between rice seedling fresh weight per plant and ethanol extracts solution concentrations (y=114.2e-0.04x, P 〈 0.001), and quadratic models were better for fitting the relationship between rice seedling root length, height and extracts concentrations.
