中草药叶下花总黄酮提取方法 被引量:3

摘要 目的对叶下花总黄酮的种类与提取方法进行初步研究。方法采用定性检测、光谱分析、单因素测定、正交实验等,研究黄酮种类,考察乙醇体积分数、温度、固液比、时间对提取率的影响。结果叶下花含黄酮、黄酮醇、二氢黄酮、二氢黄酮醇等多种黄酮类化合物;所考察的影响因素中,对总黄酮提取率影响程度大小顺序为乙醇体积分数>温度>时间>固液比。结论最佳提取条件为A1B2C3D3(乙醇体积分数30%、温度65℃,提取时间180 min,固液比1∶80),在此提取条件下,提取量高达5.233%。 Objective To optimize the extraction conditions for the total flavonoids from Ainsliaea pertyoides Franch and to study the categories of the total flavonoids. Methods The methods of the chemical qualitative detection, the spectral analysis, single factor determination, orthogonal test were adopted to study the categories of the total flavonoids, and the effect of four factors, i. e. the volume fraction of ethanol, the temperature, the ratio of solid to liquid, the extracting time, on the rate of the total flavonoids, were also investigated at the same time. Results 1 ) The total flavonoids consisted of flavones, flavonols, flavanones, flavanonols in A. pertyoides. 2) The order of factors to affect the flavonoid extraction was volume fraction of ethanol 〉 temperature 〉 extracting time 〉 ratio of solid to liquid. Conclusion The optimum extraction conditions are A1 B2C3D3. The highest extraction rate of the total flavonoids reached 5. 233% under the optimal conditions.
