摘要
针对Y341无锚定封隔器在层间压差大的情况下会缩短封隔器的有效期,影响分注效果,以及带锚定的Y341和Y221封隔器只能承受较高的下压力,不能承受较高上层压力的问题,研制了Y341-112型自平衡式封隔器。该封隔器采用液压平衡原理,通过独特设计的自平衡机构,可实现在较高上层压力的情况下锁紧机构的自平衡,避免因上压高造成的管柱失效。洗井活塞机构采用软金属锥面、O形密封圈双密封方式,保证了注水时洗井通道密封的可靠性。现场应用Y341-112型自平衡式封隔器实施分注工艺9口井,平均免修期延长80 d,截至2008年12月,投入产出比达到1∶3.2,且随着有效期的继续延长,投入产出比将进一步增加。
The Y341 anchor-free packer will shorten the period of validity of the packer when the inter-layer pressure differential [LL]is great and the effect of separate injection will be affected, and the Y341 and Y221 anchor packers can only bear relatively high overdraft but cannot bear relatively high upper-layer pressure, Model Y341-112 self-balanced packer was developed thereby. The packer adopts the principle of hydraulic equilibrium. It can achieve the self-balance of locking mechanism in higher upper-layer pressure by means of uniquely designed self-balanced mechanism, thus avoiding pipe string failure due to high upper pressure. The well-flushing piston mechanism adopts the dual seal mode of soft metal cone and O-shaped seal ring, ensuring the reliability of flushing channel seal in water injection. The field application shows that the packer is well-behaved and reliable, and can satisfy the requirement of separate-layer water injection for high-pressure oil reservoirs.
