摘要
针对疏松砂岩油藏注水井出砂日益增多的现象,研制开发了一种注水井防砂挡砂装置。这种装置采取上、下挡砂器和金属毡防砂管相结合的方式将地层出砂阻挡在油层部位,防止地层出砂砂埋注水管柱,同时将地层出砂限制在油层部位,形成自充填挡砂层,提高了防砂效果。SDS23-8注水井下入带有防砂挡砂装置的空心分层注水管实施分2层注水,各层配注量均为20m3/d,管柱一次下井成功。目前该井吸水正常,注水压力5.5MPa,上、下层注水量分别为23.16m3/d和19.91m3/d,能顺利实现分层注水,各层注水量稳定,达到了分层注水要求。
A sand control installation for water injection wells in unconsolidated sandstone reservoir is developed. The installation adopts upper and lower sand retention device and metal felt to hold up the sand in the area of oil formation, preventing the produced sand plugging the injection string and forming self-packing sand retention layer to improve the effect of sand control. The structure and operating principle of the installation are expounded, and its field application is analyzed.
