局限期小细胞肺癌的放射治疗 被引量：1

摘要 小细胞肺癌（small cell lungcancer，SCLC）目前约占肺癌的15％，多认为SCLC起源于支气管上皮和黏液腺中的Kulchistky细胞，趋向于神经内分泌的分化功能，常能引起异常的内分泌综合征如异常抗利尿综合征，类癌综合征，柯兴氏综合征等。以男性吸烟者关系密切，大多为中心型，病情进展迅速，恶性程度极高，常侵犯周围组织，中枢神经系统的转移和复发较常见，对放化治疗敏感。
