摘要
在中国古代中央官制中,丞相作为"三公"之一,发挥了重要的作用,可谓是位高权重,而作为丞相的重要属官——丞相长史,史书记载相对比较零散,故对其职能的认识也还是停留在比较宏观和浅显的层面。文章综合相关历史典籍,认为丞相长史的职能主要是:承丞相之使,逐捕坐法人员;参与案狱的审理;给丞相出谋献策,提供意见参考的职能。
In the administration of the old ancient China, as one member of the ＂San gong＂, the Prime plays an important part in the administration. As a subordinate of the Prime, the ambassdor ＇ s literature is so lack that the function of it unfamilar to us, So this article tries to analyse it on the basis of the related litetature.
