摘要
亚低温治疗可以控制急性脑卒中患者颅内压、改善其预后。但传统的体外诱导和维持低温技术仍有较多缺点。通过血管内技术诱导和维持亚低温作为一种新技术已经在动物实验及临床中逐渐开展。本文主要就亚低温技术要点、疗效及优缺点作文献综述。
Mild hypothermia therapy can control intracranial pressure in acute stroke patients and improve their prognosis. However, there are still many shortages in traditional in vitro induction and maintenance of cryogenic technology. Induction and maintenance of mild hypothermia through intravascular techniques is a new method which has been gradually carried out in animal experiments and clinics. The key points of mild hypothermia technique, therapeutic effect and merits and demerits were reviewed in this article.
