摘要
本文在研究EPC模式信息管理特点的基础上,建立水电工程EPC项目信息集成概念模型,提出项目目标集成、基于RWBS的投资与进度集成控制、项目组织集成、工程管理软件集成以及异构应用系统集成的解决方案,并使用J2EE技术搭建集成化信息管理平台,以促进EPC总承包商对项目的集成管理。
This paper proposes a conceptual model of information integrated management for hydropower EPC projects based on an study of information management in EPC pattern, presents the solutions on project targets integration, integrated control on investment and schedule based on RWBS, project organization integration, project management software integration and heterogeneous application systems integration, and develops a platform by using J2EE as an improved management tool of EPC contractors.
