摘要
本文得到了广义Ginzburg-Landau方程组的解的整体存在性和唯一性，同时得到了有限维整体吸引子的存在性．
In this paper, the existence and uniqueness of the solution for a generalized Ginzburg-Landau System are obtained, meanwhile, the finite dimension of attractor for this system is proved.
