摘要
初步观察了利用化学不育剂喜树碱处理的桔小实蝇种群和对照种群在28(±2)℃下的生长发育和繁殖力情况,通过研究其产卵前期、雌雄成虫寿命、单雌产卵量、平均存活率以及存活曲线等种群生命参数分析喜树碱对桔小实蝇成虫的影响。结果表明,5000mg/L与10000mg/L分别处理120h的2种群产卵前期明显长于对照;雌虫寿命仅5000mg/L,72h处理的种群显著短于对照,4个处理种群雄虫寿命均明显短于对照;10000mg/L,120h处理的种群产卵量最少,单雌产卵量仅为123.04粒,而对照单雌产卵量可达211.85粒;4个处理种群与对照相比,其平均存活率、平均存活时间均小于对照,4个处理种群与对照的存活曲线均属于存活曲线基本模型I,即桔小实蝇成虫大多数均能实现其平均寿命,待达到固有的寿命时才死亡。因此说明当喜树碱处理浓度与处理时间达到足够时,可引起桔小实蝇种群在繁殖和生长发育上存在一定的劣势。
Development and reproduction of the Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel population treated by Camptothecin were evaluated at 28 (±2)℃. The influence of Camptothecin to Bactrocera dorsalis adults was analyzed by the population life parameters, including preoviposition period, female adult longevity, male adult longevity, fecundity per female, average survival rates and survival lines. Results showed that the previposition periods of treated by Camptothecin 5 000 mg/L, 120 h and 10 000 mg/L, 120 h respectively were prolonged significant, only the female adult longevity treated by Cmaptothecin 5 000 mg/L, 72 h was significant short, but the male adult longevity of 4 treated populations were all short than that of untreated population; The fecundity per female of 1 0000 mg/L, 120 h treatment was least, only 123.04 eggs, but that of untreated population was 211.85 eggs, the fecundity of oviposition peak of untreated population was stability, however that of 4 treated populations by cmaptothecin were all unstability. Average survival rates and survival time of 4 treated populations all smaller than that of untreated population. The survival lines of all populations were all belongs to survival line basic type I, namely, most of the adults could achieve their average longevity. All the results indicated when the treated concentration of Camptothecin and treated time were enough, Camptothecin would bring reproductive and developmental disadvantages to B. dorsalis.
