癫痫大鼠脑组织内IgG免疫反应阳性细胞分布及意义 被引量:1

The distribution and implication of immunoglobulin G immunoreactivity (IgG IR) cells in the epileptic rat brain

摘要 目的研究中枢神经系统内IgG在癫痫发病机理中的作用。方法用免疫细胞化学法观察IgG免疫反应阳性(IgG-IR)细胞在正常成年大鼠和癫痫大鼠脑组织内分布情况。结果对照组大鼠皮层和海马均有IgG-IR细胞分布。癫痫大鼠相应部位内IgG-IR细胞分布较对照组显著增多(P<0.01)。 Objective To study the effects of IgG within central nervous system (CNS) in pathogenesis of epilepsy Methods The distribution of IgG IR cells in the brain of normal and epilepsy rat was studied by immunocytomistry Results There distributed IgG IR cells in cortex and hippocampus of normal and epilepsy rat The numbers of IgG IR cells in epilepsy was significantly increase than that in normal at coordinate region (P<0 01) Conclusions IgG can enter and exist in brain and play some parts in the immune pathogensis of epilepsy
