Volatile Components Analysis of Marine-Derived Fungus Penicillium spp.701 at the Different Culture Time

摘要 目的对海洋来源真菌Penicilliumspp.701在不同培养时间下产生的挥发性成分进行对比研究。方法用人工海水GYT培养基分别发酵6,10,14,18,22,26,30 d,抽滤后得到的培养液经乙酸乙酯萃取制备萃取物浸膏,用GC-MS对其挥发性成分进行检测,结合计算机检索技术对分离化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果萃取物中挥发性成分较复杂,主要有芳香族、长链烷烃、生物碱类、香豆素和酯类等化合物。培养不同的时间,其产生的挥发性成分各异。结论海洋真菌在不同的培养时间下挥发性成分组成和含量不尽相同,为其综合利用和特定化合物的分离提供参考数据。 OBJECTIVE To study the volatile components from marine-derived fungus Penicillium spp.701 at the different culture time.METHODS Marine fungus Penicillium spp.701 was firstly fermented with artificial seawater GYT medium for 6,10,14,18,22,26 and 30 d,respectively,then mycelium and culture fluid were gained through filtration.The whole broth were extracted with EtOAc to afford crude extract.The EtOAc extract was subjected to volatile components analysis by GC-MS.The constituents were identified by their mass spectra.The relative content of the volatile constituents was calculated from the GC peak areas.RESULTS Volatile components from EtOAc extract were complex,mainly including aromatic,long-chain alkanes,alkaloids,coumarin and ester compounds.Marine-derived fungus produced different volatile components at different culture time.CONCLUSION The composition of volatile components from marine-derived fungus at the different culture time were different.It is helpful to provide reference data for marine fungus Penicillium spp.701′s comprehensive utilization and isolation of some specific compounds.
