摘要
目的:研究复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)患者血中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及脂质过氧化物(LPO)的水平,探索可能的发病机理。方法:选择40例ROU患者和40例健康人做为研究对象。SOD活性的测定采用邻苯三酚自氧化法;LPO含量的测定采用硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)显色法。测定结果以x±s表达,显著性评价采用χ2或t检验。结果:ROU患者血中SOD活性均较正常人明显降低(P<0.01);而LPO含量较正常人明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:SOD活性的降低和LPO含量的升高在ROU的发病机制中起重要的作用。
Objective: To study the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in erythrocyte and the level of lipid peroxide (LPO) in plasma in 40 cases with recurrent oral ulceration (ROU) as well as to infer the relationship between SOD and LPO. Methods: These variables were measured by biochemistry and compared with those from 40 healthy control. Results: The activity of SOD in erythrocyte of ROU were significantly lower than that of the healthy control (P<0.01). The levels of LPO in plasma of ROU were significantly higher than that of the healthy control (P<0.01). Conclusions: These result suggest that decrease of erythrocyte SOD activity and the elevation of LPO level in plasma may play an important role in the pathogenesis of ROU.
