摘要
目的:检测与复发性口疮(recurrent aphthons ulcer,RAU)发病有关的免疫功能,超氧化物歧化酶(super-oxide dismutase,SOD),微量元素等因素在RAU中量的变化及相互关系。方法:间接免疫法测免疫功能(即CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8值),使用SOD试剂盒测SOD活性,采用Spectraspan-v型三电极等离子原子发射光谱分析仪测定微量元素Zn、Cu、Fe含量。结果:测得患者CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8比值明显比正常对照组下降,CD8升高明显,免疫细胞亚群存在不平衡,联合检测SOD活性,微量元素Zn、Cu、Fe含量明显低于对照组,而致组织代谢受阻。结论:RAU患者存在有明显的免疫活性细胞不平衡和功能缺陷,微量元素Zn、Cu、Fe与SOD活性降低是RAU发生的重要因素。
Objective: To investigate the association of recurrent aphthons ulcer(RAU) with immunity, superoxide dismutase(SOD) and tiny element( Zn, Cu, Fe). Methods : Measure CD3 , CD4 , CD4/CD8 to indirectly determine the patient' s immunity , using SOD kit to determine the activety of SOD, using Spectraspan-v to determine Zn, Cu, Fe. Results : The volume of CD3 , CD4and the rate CD4/CD8 are lower in the patient group than the contral group. CD8 is significantly higher in the patient group, which shows that sub-group of the immune cell lost their balance in the patient group. The activety of SOD and the volume of tiny element(Zn ,Cu ,Fe)are also lower in the patient group than the control group too. Conclusion: These data indicate that the RAU patient's immunity is defect,the decrease of tiny element(Zn,Cu,Fe)and the lessen of SOD activety are the important reason for RAU disease.
