摘要
通过模拟腹膜透析的动物实验，观察了肾衰口服液（SSOL）对腹膜透析效能及腹膜超微结构的影响。大鼠分正常对照组、单纯透析液组（A）、合SSOL腹透组（B）。结果显示：①B组净超滤量、腹膜清除率与A组比较均显著增加（P＜0．05～0．005）；B组透析液中蛋白质含量高于A组，但差异无显著性意义（P＞005）。②B组腹膜间皮细胞及间皮细胞连接的损伤程度较A组为轻。提示SSOL能有效提高腹膜透析效能，并能拮抗高渗透析液保护腹膜间皮层结构的完整。
We studied the effect of Shenshuai oral liquid (SSOL) on dialysis efficiency and toneal ultrastructure In perltoneal dlalysls rats．Therats were diviaed！nto normal control group，simpledlalysate control grouP（A） and SSOL group（B）．The results indicated that：(1) The net UF andperltoneal clearance increased significantly in groupB compared with group A(P＜0. 05～0. 005)；theprotein content of dialysate in group B was higherthan that in group A，but with no aignificant difference(P＞0．05)．(2) The injuried degrees ofmesothelial cells and their intercellular junctions ingroup B were slighter than those in group A．It suggested that SSOL can improve the dialysis efficiencyand protect mesothelial layers from dialysate injury．
