广东产业转移过程中,企业本身的不稳定因素以及环境发生变化,导致企业出现脆弱性。产业转移中的企业脆弱性与政策、要素和区位环境有关。主要对策有:改善欠发达地区的硬件环境、深化转入和转出区域分工协作、提高转入地产业配套能力等政策。
