摘要
本文认为,供应链的复杂性带来了风险性和脆弱性,并威胁到供应链的持续性;影响供应链脆弱性的因素,一是当前供应链运行模式注重效率而非效力,二是供应链的全球化趋势,三是生产分销的集中化,四是外包生产日益盛行,五是供应商数量缩减,六是需求波动,七是供应链成员间透明性和控制措施的缺乏。文章提出,要解决供应链脆弱性问题需要采用变化管理的方法,即“3P”管理原则。
In this paper,the author points out that the complexity of supply chains makes it risky and fragile,and imperials the sustainability of it.Then he analyses the factors that make the supply chains fragile, suck as contemporary supply chains operating models emphasis efficiency rather than effect;the tendency of globalization of supply chains;the concentration of manufacturing and distribution, and so on.In the end the author gives the idea to solve the problem of the fragility of supply chains:to carry out the '3P' principle.
