摘要
为了解相关利益人对医疗救助的认识和评价,于2008年7月对宁夏和山东的6个县进行了机构访谈和家庭问卷调查。结果表明,卫生部门和财政部门对医疗救助不很了解,相关部门管理者对医疗救助的看法不一致;农村居民对提供医疗救助的机构和医疗救助的政策内容知晓率非常低。因此,要完善医疗救助管理平台,加大医疗救助政策宣传力度,从而提高医疗救助管理效率和促进医疗救助的有效需求。
In order to understand the stakeholders＇evaluation on Medical Aid Program （ MAP）, a survey covered 6 counties was carried out in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Shandong provinces in July 2008. The results indicated that the health department and financial department knew little about MAP, they had inconsistent values. With low awareness of medical aid agency, most rural residents did not understand the contents of MAP. Therefore, a management platform should be built, policy advocacy should be improved, to increase the management efficiency of MAP and promote its effective demand.
