摘要
智能电网建设为电力营销发展带来新机遇,新营销理论构建及技术研发亟待开展。从国外电力营销现状入手,指出电力营销的发展空间,在智能电网的愿景下,以发达智能配网为基础,建立了"智能营销"理论体系,论述了智能化营销观念与模式的变革。重点描述了国外相关研究现状,并结合国内电力营销环境,为我国相关改革与发展提出了建议,引导我国率先进行"智能营销"研究,占领国际相关领域前沿。
The development of smart grid creates a significant opportunity for power sales and marketing. It is urgent to develop new marketing theories and technologies. The current situation of power sales and marketing abroad is studied and the development space is described. In the vision of smart grid,a theoretical system of "intelligent sales and marketing" based on intelligent distribution is established and the innovation of its concept and pattern is prospected. With the consideration of domestic power market environment,recommendations relating to its reformation and development are proposed to guide the domestic researches and occupy the international forefront.
