摘要
2008年以来,国际经济环境迅速恶化,国内经济困难明显加大,国家审时度势,实施积极的财政政策和适度宽松的货币政策。2009年16月,信贷规模连续迅猛增长,使市场对未来贷款增长空间存有担忧。通过研究货币环境变化预期下货币政策效应认为：我国当前货币政策对经济增长的促进作用显著,但同时也存在一些问题和可改进之处。
Since 2008,the international economic environment is deteriorating rapidly,significantly increased the domestic economic difficulties,the state the situation and implement the proactive fiscal policy and moderate loose monetary policy.2009 January to June,the credit scale continuous rapid growth of the market there is room for future loan growth concerns.This paper studies changes in monetary conditions is expected that under the effect of monetary policy： China＇s current monetary policy role in promoting economic growth,a significant,but there are still some problems and improvements.
