室内装饰设计中客户需求的挖掘方法研究 被引量:2

Research on the Understanding Customer Requirement in Interior Decoration Design

摘要 针对室内装饰设计中客户需求的特点,从需求构成和客户期望的角度分别对室内装饰设计中客户需求类型进行了划分;分析了室内装饰设计中客户特征的构成,实现了客户群的细分;建立了五元组结构的客户需求模型,基于此模型,构建了室内装饰设计中客户特征与评价矩阵,提出了室内装饰设计中客户需求信息的挖掘内容与方法,从而为室内装饰设计中客户需求分析提供工具和手段,以最终达到高效快速设计的目的。 In the paper,in terms of requirement gradient and customer desire,customer requirement in Interior Decoration Design(IDD) is classified aiming at its characteristics.Through the analysis of customer feature in IDD,customer group is subdivided.Accordingly,customer requirement model with five elements structure is built.Based upon the model,Customer Feature & Evaluation Matrix in IDD is constructed.Furthermore,the method of understanding customer requirement information is put forward at the end of the paper,which can provide IDD with tool and method of customer requirement analysis and thus improve the efficiency of design.
