摘要
温拌沥青混合料是一种节能、环保的新型路面新材料,可在较低的温度下拌和及压实。对改性沥青结合料进行了针入度、软化点、延度、粘度等试验,分析了粘度对拌合压实性能的影响,并探讨了温拌沥青混合料的拌合压实温度和拌合工艺。结果表明:加入改性剂后,沥青结合料和混合料的高温稳定性能提高,而低温性能有一定的降低。根据各温度条件下的物理力学指标提出了适宜的拌合压实温度和施工工艺。
Warm mix asphalt is a new kind of material with energy-saving and environmental protection performance.It can be mixed and compacted at a lower temperature.Penetration,softening point,ductility and viscosity tests of modified asphalt are done in this paper,and the impacts of viscosity on mixing and compaction property are discussed.The mixing and compaction temperature and mixing technology are also researched.The results show that modifier improved high temperature stability of modified asphalt and its mixture but decreased low-temperature stability.The paper put forward reasonable mixing and compaction temperature,construction technology and provided the test basis for the quality of mixture and its application in actual projects.
