摘要
OGFC是一种具有透水、防滑、降噪等功能的开级配混合料。以聚烯烃/乙烯共聚物新型改性剂为研究对象,在分析和阐述共聚物改性机理的基础上,采用干法拌合工艺,通过室内对比试验,对不同OGFC沥青混合料力学性能进行研究。结果表明,在OGFC中加入聚烯烃/乙烯共聚物可有效提高混合料的抗车辙能力、残留稳定度以及抗裂性能。本研究可为聚烯烃/乙烯共聚物干法改性OGFC沥青混合料的工程应用提供理论依据和试验数据。
Open graded friction course (OGFC) is an asphalt mixture with interconnecting voids that provide improved surface drainage during rainfall and reducing traffic noise. Based on the aggregate grade of OGFC as- phalt mixture, the mechanical properties of polyolefin/ethylene copolymer modified hot mixtures asphalt (dry pro- cess) are studied by experimental tests. The test results indicate that the performance of anti-rutting, anti-crack- ing and water stability for modified asphalt mixture are greatly improved. The study can give a reference for the application of copolymer modified OGFC asphalt mixture.
