摘要
从留学生教育教学、国际合作办学、国际学术交流3个方面论述北京中医药大学在办学过程中,坚持开放办学的理念,采取切实有效的措施,加强国际交流与合作,建立了遍布五大洲的教育教学合作网络,形成了"重开放"的办学特色,推进中医药高等教育国际化进程,促进学校的学术发展与人才培养。并在总结经验的基础上,提出了坚持不懈地推进国际化进程;抓住重点,着力解决影响和制约学校对外交流与合作的问题;加大留学生教育的改革力度;提高对外交流与合作的层次与深度的思考和设想。
Beijing University of Chinese Medicine keeps to the policy of opening, adopts effective measures, promotes international exchange and cooperation, sets up the cooperative network of education and teaching running over 5 continents. The university has been characterized in school-running by laying stress on the policy of opening. The internationalization of high TCM education has been pushed on, and the academic development and talent training have been improved. The assumptions are made on the foundation of experiences, including grasping key points, resolving the problems that inhibiting the international exchange and cooperation, intensifying the reform efforts of foreign student education and improving the level of international exchange and cooperation.
