摘要
利用109家中小电子和信息科技企业的数据,采用多层线性模型检验吸收能力对四种合作策略与创新绩效关系的影响,发现:和供应商合作及和顾客合作能够改善创新绩效,和竞争者合作降低创新绩效,和科研院所合作与创新绩效的关系不显著;吸收能力显著提升与供应商合作和与科研院所合作的创新绩效,但对和顾客合作及和竞争者合作的创新绩效影响并不显著。
Using the data of 109 small electronic and information technology companies, the hierarchical linear model is adopted to test the relation of the four cooperative strategies and innovation performance and absorptive eapacity's effect on it. Some interesting findings appear. Supplier collaboration and customer collaboration can significantly improve innovation performance; Competitor collaboration reduces innovation performance; The relation of research institute collaboration and innovation performance is insignificant. Absorptive capacity positively affects the impact of supplier collaboration and research collaboration institutions on innovation performance, but it does not significantly improve the relation of customer collaboration , competitor collaboration and innovation performance.
