摘要
运用二次创新理论,分析了集群演进中内部企业的创新过程。结果表明,随着集群形成、成长和成熟,集群内部企业的创新过程经历了由模仿创新到创造性模仿再到改进型创新的演变,学习方式也相应的由"干中学"到"用中学"再到"反求过程"。
This paper uses secondary innovation theory to analyze the innovation process along with the evolution of industrial cluster. The results show that the innovation process of enterprises in the cluster changes from duplicative imitation to creative imitation and then to exploitive innovation when the cluster goes through its formation, growing and mature stages. Accordingly, the learning method shifts from ＂learning by using＂ to ＂learning by using＂ and then to ＂reverse engineering＂.
