摘要
产业群战略已经成为各国工业政策的一项重要内容 ,但由于产业的多样性和集群发展的动态性 ,实施中难有一套完整的定式 ,实际操作中难度较大。为此 ,本文首先对产业群基本动力机制进行总结 ,按照集群竞争优势的强度以及主导动力 ,确定集群动态研究的方法 ,将集群分为 :发生期、发展期、成熟期。接着用定性的方法归纳出各阶段的一般特征。然后 ,本文选取了国内外三个案例对产业群动态特点进行实证分析。最后 ,阐明文章研究的意义以及有待进一步探讨的问题。
Industrial cluster has become one of the important strategies in regional economic development. However, to implement it in practice is not so easy because of its variety and dynamics. The purpose of this paper is to help solve the problem. Firstly, the paper summarizes the dynamic mechanisms of the industrial cluster. And according to the contribution of the different dynamic mechanisms, the author divides the development phases of clusters into three different stages, namely initial stage, developing stage and mature stage. Secondly, the article generalizes their characteristics respectively. Then, the paper selects three cases from home and abroad to make specific analysis in view of their different stages. At last, the significance and further topics are put forward.
