摘要
目的了解层流室护士的工作状态及真实体验,为层流室的管理提供可靠依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对8名层流室护士进行半结构式访谈,并用现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果从研究中得出3个主题,即承受巨大的生理和心理压力、自我调整与适应、建立工作成就感。结论今后对于层流室的管理,应加强改善护士的工作条件,提高保护措施,提供有力的支持系统。并定期对层流室护士进行专业培训,以促进移植工作的顺利开展。
Objective To understand the work eondition and real experience of nurses in laminar flow rooms,and to offer reliable references for nursing management of laminar flow room. Methods Eight nurses were iuterviewed with a semi - structured interview conversation. The data were analyzed by a phenomcnology method. Results Three themes were extracted from the data. They were bearing great pressure,self-adjustment and adaptinn,huilding up the feeling of success. Conclusion The managemeut of laminar flow rooms should foeus on improving the working condition of nurses,enhancing protection measures, providing solid support systems,and training nurses regularly to promote the success of transplantation.
