摘要
研究以cHCl=3mol/L作移动相,以硅胶球负荷的TBP作固定相,反相萃取层析铁(Ⅲ)、铬(Ⅵ),使与多种离子分离,留于柱上的铁(Ⅲ)、铬(Ⅵ)分别用cHCl=0.8mol/L及水洗脱进行连续分离与测定,方法应用于矿物岩石类复杂物质中铁、铬的连续分离与测定,简便、快速、准确。
Using 3 mol/L hydrochloric acid as mobile phase,iron(Ⅲ) and chromium(Ⅵ) can be separated from various ions,by reversed phase extaction chromatography with TBP on silica gel as the stationary phase.Iron(Ⅲ) and chromium(Ⅵ) on the column were eluted with 0 8 mol/L hydochloric acid and water respectively.The method has been successfully applied to the continuous separation and determination of iron(Ⅲ) and chromium(Ⅵ) in complex sample of rock and mineral.The mothod is simple,speediness and sensitive.
