摘要
本文研究了铜(Ⅱ)的反相萃取柱色层新体系及其应用。以701(聚四氟乙烯)为载体,在水杨醛肟-氯仿-pH2.5HAc体系中定量萃取层析铜(Ⅱ),用pH2.5HAc溶液淋洗杂质元素,5%HCl溶液解脱铜,铜试剂光度法测定铜。方法简便、快速、选择性高、分离效果好,能用于岩石矿物及其它物质中微量铜的定量分离、富集及测定。
In the separation chromatography polytetrafluoroethylene is used as a supporter, and Cu(Ⅱ)can be extracted quantitatively from the system of salicylaldoxime-chloroform-HAc at pH2. 5. The ions of impurities such as Fe^(3+), Al^3, Bi^(3+), Au^(3+), Mg^(2+), Ca^(2+), Mn^(2+), Pb^(2+), Zn^(2+), Ni^(2+), Co^(2+), Sn^(2+), Cd^(2+), Pd^(2+), Ag^+, Hg^+, Sb(Ⅴ), V(Ⅴ) and Cr(Ⅵ)ect. are scoured with the HAc solution at pH2. 5. Then Cu(Ⅱ)is determined spectrophotometrically by Na-DDTC. The method is not only high separate efficiency and selectivity, but also simple and fast. The recovery rate is 100%. It has been applied to separate, concentrate and determine trace Cu(Ⅱ)in ores.
