摘要
本研究立足于社会工作系统理论视角,运用实证研究方法,选取深圳市、长沙市、贵阳市为研究对象,建立系统、客观的评估指标体系,通过对其进行抽样问卷调查,客观地分析了社会工作在基本生活救助领域中的功能及影响因素。本研究结果表明:自"试点"以来,社会工作介入基本生活救助领域已初见成效,社会工作"叠加式"救助服务和"嵌入式"救助服务相结合的基本生活救助体系使以往的"消极性社会救助"逐渐转变为"积极性社会救助",发挥着积极的"助人自助"式的预防、复原和发展功能;社会工作在基本生活救助领域中的功能的有效发挥受到社会工作者的专业化程度、政府的投入力度、社会认同度的影响显著。
Based on system theory of social work, this study applied quantitative analysis by empirical research methods. The study selected Shenzhen, Changsha and Guiyang as the objects of our research, and then analyze the function of social workers served in the field of basic living assistance and influence factors objectively. The findings of this study indicated that： Since the pilot work, the effect of the service of which social workers served in the field of basic living assistance is obvious, and the basic living assistance system of ＂overlay＂ and ＂embedded＂ of which offered by social workers exerting the function of prevention, re- covery and development, by which the assistance service modes have changed from negative to positive gradually. The function display of social workers served in the field of basic living assistance is affected significandy by the specialization degree of social workers, the investment of government and society degree of recognizing.
