摘要
通过对某铁尾矿采用磨矿、强磁选—摇床—浮选工艺,试验结果表明,在原矿二氧化钛品位为4.61%,磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占70%,磁场强度为994.725 kA/m的条件下,可获得产率为3.86%,品位为47.15%,回收率为39.48%的二氧化钛精矿。
Abstract The tests of grinding-high intensity magnetic separation-shaking-flotation process on iron tailings are carried out,showing that titanium dioxide concentrate with grade of 47.15% at a 39.48%recovery and productivity of 3.86% can be obtained under condition of grinding fineness of 70%-0.074 mm and the magnetic field strength of 994.725 kA/m from rough mines with titanium dioxide grade of 4.61%.
