摘要
用含氟拒水整理剂对毛织物表面进行改性处理。以整理剂浓度、交联剂浓度、催化剂浓度、焙烘温度和焙烘时间等作为主要工艺因素,进行正交试验,对织物拒水整理进行研究。根据整理后织物的拒水等级、耐静水压等指标,得到整理效果的最佳工艺参数及条件为:Nuva TP 80 g/L,交联剂60 g/L,催化剂0.8 g/L,在185℃焙烘2 m in,整理后织物拒水效果较好。
Surface modification of wool fabric was undergone with fluoride finish, the finishing results were discussed via orthogonal experiments with concentrations of finishing agent, crosslinker and catalyst, as well as curing temperature and time as major factors, Water repellent level and hydrostatic pressure of wool fabric after treatment were tested. The optimum conditions were defined as follows: Nuva TP 80 g/L, crosslinker 60 g/L, catalyst 0.8 g/L, curing at 185℃ for 2 minutes.
