摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下行额窦手术方法和理论,总结其优缺点。方法72例采用内窥镜下行经鼻丘气房额窦开放术。结果72例中,1次手术后无炎症复发者57例;有13例1次术后因局部水肿或息肉复发行2次手术;2例因2次手术无效,改行鼻外径路额窦手术。结论鼻丘径路手术,术野清楚,0°镜下即可完成手术,效果良好。
Objective To discuss the operative method and theory and summarize the advantage and shortcoming. Methods 72 cases of such patients were underwent frontal sinus opening through nasoturbinal concha.Results There were 57 cases without relapse of inflammation,13 cases were performed twice operation due to inflammation or polyps,2 cases had no effect after twice operation and then anther external nasal operation was taken.Conclusion This operation might have good exposure and good effect with 0 degree nasoscope.
