摘要
目的总结分析全麻显微镜支撑喉镜低温等离子下会厌囊肿切除的临床疗效。方法对138例会厌囊肿患者随机分为为观察组和对照组,每组69例。观察组在全麻插管显微镜支撑喉镜低温等离子下行会厌囊肿切除术,对照组在全麻插管显微镜支撑喉镜下常规手术,采用单极电凝止血,对术后出血量、术后疼痛情况及局部水肿情况、吞咽讲话进行比较分析。结果观察组手术出血量明显减少,术后粘膜无明显肿胀,恢复较快,疼痛、吞咽、讲话术后评分与对照组有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论全麻下使用低温等离子经显微镜支撑喉镜下会厌囊肿切除,手术出血少、手术时间短、疗效确切,术后恢复快,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of temperature-cowtro[led plasma undermicroscope suspension laryngoscopy for treatment of 69 cases of epiglottic cyst. Methods 138 cases of epiglottic cyst were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group were 69 cases. Experimental group was operated with epiglottic cyst excision by general anesthesia temperature-controlled plasma under microscope sus- pension laryngoscopy. Control group was operated by general anesthesia under microscope suspension laryngos- copy with monopolar electric coagulation hemostasis. Postoperative bleeding, pain, edema and swallowing speech were analysed. Results Postoperative scores of bleeding, pain, edema and swallowing speech in experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group (P 〈 0. 001 ) Conclusion Treatment of epiglottic cyst by temperature-controlled plasma under microscope suspension laryngoscopy is better in reducing operation bleed and time.
