摘要
对宽叶独行菜的种子进行了不同浓度的盐处理试验,结果表明:盐胁迫下种子萌发受到显著抑制,并且随着浓度增加其抑制作用越明显;宽叶独行菜种子萌发的NaCl临界浓度是200mmoL/L。
In this study,Lepidium latifolium seed was dealt with different concentrations of salt. Germination potential,germination rate and germination index were determined. The results showed that seed germination under salt stress was significantly inhibited, and the inhibition strengthened with the increase concentration of the salt. The critical concentration of NaCl solution for Lepidium latifolium seed germination was 200mmol/L.
