回热旁通增压系统的试验研究和数值模拟

Experimental Study and Digital Simulation on Reheating By-pass Turbocharging System

摘要 本文首先用等效增压器的概念对回热旁通增压系统的工作原理作了“准”定量的分析,然后在B6135-ZG20涡轮增压柴油机上进行了试验研究,最后用数值模拟方法考察了增压器效率和回热度对该增压系统性能的影响,并对采用回热旁通措施后的整机性能作了预测。研究表明,采用回热旁通增压系统能有效地提高柴油机在低速运转时的增压压力,不同程度地降低柴油机的有效燃油消耗率、排气温度和烟度。 In this paper,the reheating by-pass turbocharging system was analysedquasi-quantitatively using the concept of“equivalent turbocharger”.Theexpermental study of the reheating by-pass turbocharging system was madeon a four stroke six cylinder high speed diesel engine.The effect of tur-bocharger efficiency and reheating degree on the turbocharging system be-haviour was studied and the performance of the engine with the reheatingby-pass turbocharging system was predicted by digital simulation.Resultsof the investigation showed that the boost pressure is raised by employingthe reheating by-pass turbocharging system when the diesel engine runsat low speed and the brake specific fuel consumption,exhaust temperatureand exhaust smoke of the engine are more or less decreased.
