摘要 "虚拟经营"的理念正在为越来越多的企业所重视和采用,特别是一些受资金、技术、设备等资源限制的中小企业,"虚拟经营"正成为其发挥优势、快速发展的一条有效途径。温州的美斯特.邦威公司是目前国内服装行业中成功运用虚拟经营策略的典型企业之一,本文以它为例阐述和分析虚拟经营在行业的模式和特点,我国的皮革服装企业与以美特斯邦威为代表的这些纺织面料服装企业相比,无论在设计、生产、市场、整体规模等环节都没有本质性的区别,可以此为借鉴调整自身的产业结构来提高品牌竞争力。 The Virtual Operation System has widely been employed in fashion industry, particularly among those businesses which lagged due to limited financing, technologies, facilities and etc, while this mode provides a systematic approach which sharpened their competitive edge in the fast-evolving market. This market model has been illustrated with typical brands such as Metersbonwe, this essay analyses the underlying principles of this business mode which has testified the Virtual Operation has potential ability for Chinese leather apparel enterprises in industrial reconstruction and it can adjust industrial structure to improve their own core competencies.
