摘要
本文首先简要分析了什么是虚拟企业及在市场经济条件下建立虚拟企业的必要性,在此基础上分析了虚拟企业的类型、特征,最后重点阐述了虚拟企业运作过程中需注意的有关问题。
Firstly, this article simply analyzes the definition of virtual corporation and the necessity of establishing virtual corporations under the condition of market economy. Then it analyzes the classification and character of virtual corporation. Finally, the paper points out some problems to be noticed in the process of enforcing virtual corporations.
