摘要
对葛洲坝水电站蜗壳在机组增容改造前后及机组拆除时的3种状态进行了三维有限元计算。根据计算研究成果提出了增容改造蜗壳部位加固方案并对加固方案进行了有限元计算。通过对增容改造前状态分别与机组拆除、增容改造后以及增容改造加固后3种状态下锥体二期混凝土部位的计算成果对比分析表明,机组拆除方案是可行的,蜗壳的加固方案也是有效的。
Three dimensional FEM is adopted to analyze the stress and deformation of spiral case of Gezhouba Hydropower Station under the statuses : before the capacity-increasing improvement ; during the disassembly of the spiral case ; after the capacity-increasing improvement. Based on the calculation, the reinforcement scheme for the spiral case is proposed, and then the FEM calculation is also made on the scheme. Through the comparative analysis on the phase Ⅱ concrete for the cone section under the three statuses mentioned above, it shows that not only the unit disassembly scheme is feasible, but the reinforcement design is also effective.
