摘要
从分析预警卫星光电探测系统入手,在介绍了激光干扰光电探测器机理的基础上,研究了激光在大气传输中的衰减效应及远场激光光斑尺寸估算,建立了激光辐照星载光电探测器的远场能量密度模型,并以1.06μm激光辐照星载HgCdTe探测器为例,通过仿真计算,定量地评估了激光武器对天基红外系统预警卫星光电探测器的干扰效能。
This paper set up an energy density model of the laser irradiation on the satellite-borne photoelectric detector. Attenuation effect of the laser beam propagating through atmosphere and far-field laser size estimation was studied, the jamming mechanism of detector by laser was introduced, based on the brief depiction of early-warning satellite photoelectric detector. 1.06 μm laser irradiating HgCdTe detector was by laser given as an example. Analyzed the saturated jamming ability of laser weapons to the photoelectric detector of early-warning satellite of infrared system on the sky quantificationally based on emulation calculation.
