摘要
论文依据红外探测器受辐照饱和原理及传输过程激光衰减原理,从量级上对激光辐照红外探测器进行分析;通过搭建10km实验平台,获得了在不同大气条件下CO2激光中远距离对多晶硅非制冷焦平面探测器的辐照效果,分析并研究了大气衰减对激光传输的影响。
This paper analyzes the laser irradiation IR prober from the perspective of magnitude, based on the principle of IR prober ir- radiated saturation and the principle of laser attenuation during transmission. The irradiation effect of the medium long distance of C021aser on the multicrystal silicon non--refrigerating focal plane prober is obtained on the different atmospheric conditions, by the means of establis- hing lOkm experiment platform. Moreover, the influence of the atmospheric attenuation on laser transmission is analyzed and studied as well.
